1. Registration
According to the Lawyers Council regulations Concerning the registration of a lawyer who certifies signatures and documents, B.E. 2008, Section 4 specifies the qualifications of those who will register as a lawyer who certifies signatures and documents as follows:
- Be a professional lawyer.
- Passed a training course on signature and document certification. According to the regulations and criteria set by the Lawyers Council.
- Not currently being punished for misconduct of a lawyer according to Section 52(2).
- Not a person with dishonorable behavior. or deficient in good morals and has not done anything This shows that they are not trustworthy in their honesty and integrity.
2. License renewal
It is scheduled to renew the license every 2 years from the date of registration. By submitting an application for renewal to the Director of the Registration Office in the form of signature and document certification ninety days in advance before the expiration date.
3. Termination
May be terminated and removed from the registration as follows:
• Lack of qualifications according to Lawyers Council regulations.
• Lack of renewal of certificate.
• Certify a signature or any document or certification that is false.
4. Training course for lawyers who certify names and documents
The Lawyers Council has issued a record. Regarding registration Has given the power of the Registrar’s Office to certify signatures and documents to determine training courses. Provide annual training. Not less than 1 time per year
